The piano consists of soundboard, plate, bridges, strings, pin block, hammers, piano keys, and dampeners.  Condition of these parts drastically affects the sound quality. 

The same diligence and skill goes into concert series tunings as for in-home tunings. There is only one way to tune a piano. The right way!

Installing and regulation new components can greatly improve your piano’s playability.

My way is simple, I put the piano back in the condition it was in when it left the factory, using the same methods and materials that were used when it was built. The old pianos are what made the name piano what it is today.

All work in my shop is done by me, nothing is sent out to sub-contractors as no more of these piano will be made and they must be done right.
